A Sweet Story of Community, Care & Connection
What started as a surprise discovery became a symbol of what it means to Love Each Other.
How It All Started
Saving the Bees—And Building Something Beautiful
When construction crews at LEO at Bristol discovered a thriving beehive on-site, we had a choice: remove it—or protect it. In true LEO spirit, we chose love. Working with local experts, we carefully relocated and nurtured the hive, giving the bees a safe space to continue their vital work.
What came next? Something golden, natural, and incredibly meaningful: honey.

From Hive to Honey Jar
Wes and the Harvest Crew—“Yes, This Story Gets Even Sweeter”
With care and patience, our team—led by Wes—helped harvest our very first batch of LEO honey. It’s local, raw, and a true labor of love. Each jar is a little reminder that when you lead with care, beautiful things grow.
We even created custom labels and packaging to share the story. Want a taste? You might just find one in your welcome gift!
Why It Matters?
More Than Honey. It’s Our Culture in a Jar
LEO stands for Love Each Other. It’s more than a phrase—it’s how we build our communities. By protecting these bees, we lived our values. By sharing their honey, we invite you to be part of something sweeter, more connected, and deeply human.

A Sweet Welcome
A Gift From the Heart (and the Hive)
New residents at LEO at Bristol will find a surprise in their welcome gift: a jar of our very own honey. It’s a small way to say, “You belong here.” Because when you move into a LEO community, you’re not just getting a home—you’re joining something that’s built on care, kindness, and connection.
